PCI
LottoTrace Gold
Q1 - I installed PCI LottoTrace Gold, and
went to run it, but
all my menus are disabled.
A1 - In order to enable the menu
items, you need to Agree to the End User Licence Agreement that
displays
initially when running the program. It will stop displaying when you
have
agreed to it. This problem can also occur after the 45 day trial period
has
expired.
Q2 - I encountered some Permission/File
Sharing Errors when installing the program.
A2 - This is usually the result of another application not closing
down properly, and certain files are still in use by Windows. Uninstall
PCI LottoTrace Gold by double
clicking on My
Computer, then double click on Control Panel, then double click on
Add/Remove
Programs. In the list box displaying the installed programs, scroll
down until
you see PCI LottoTrace Gold, and double
click on
it to uninstall it. Next, re-boot your computer, then try re-installing
PCI LottoTrace Gold again.
